Simon Cowell flanked by bevy of beauties as he lazes on his super-yacht... but where's Mezhgan?

He's got the power: Simon Cowell appears to be doted on by ex-girlfriend Sinitta and two other beauties as he relaxes on a multi-million pound yacht in St Barts


HIS fiancée may be nowhere in sight, but Simon Cowell was certainly not short of female attention as he continued to lap up the Caribbean sun on a super yacht.

The X Factor supremo, 52, beamed as he was joined on The Slipstream by millionairess divorcee Zeta Graff.

The pair – who first met in 2004 - giggled as they lounged upon the 196ft yacht, which is currently sailing around the celebrity retreat of St Barts in the French West Indies.


Cowell has invited a veritable harem of attractive women on board to join him for his annual winter holiday.

Miss Graff, a Greek-born actress who played an alien princess in The Fifth Element alongside Bruce Willis, won a £10 million settlement in November 2003 following her nine-year marriage to jewellery heir Francois Graff.

At the time, her publicist described the pay-out that came following a court battle as so big that ‘you’d have to count with every finger and thumb on both hands to get the right amount. It's certainly into eight figures.’

Since then, Miss Graff, who is in her 40s, has resided in Los Angeles with her son Laurence.

Clad in white shorts, a tanned Cowell also looked happy as he talked to New York socialite Lauren Silverman.

The pretty brunette, who accompanied her husband – who is a friend of Cowell’s - had been mistaken for the star’s fiancée Mezghan Hussainy last week - but it is unclear whether Miss Hussainy has been on the trip at all.

The coast is clear: Sinitta apparently joined Simon when she discovered another ex, Jackie St Clair had flown back to the UK

Meanwhile, Swedish blonde model Victoria Silvstedt was also on board last week. And Cowell’s best friend, 1980s singer Sinitta was – as always – by his side.

Sinitta, 43, had already spent Christmas and New Year with the star in Barbados, but she had flown back to Britain after discovering that Cowell’s former girlfriend and her arch-nemesis Jackie St Clair was en route.

However, she flew back to join Cowell on the yacht once Miss St Clair had headed home. The rivalry between the two women, which has lasted for 25 years, came to a head in 2010 with a very public argument on Twitter.

Sinitta hit back at Miss St Clair on Twitter she made claims that the singer had had an affair with one of her close friends, and was dating a wealthy financier, writing: 'Jackie St Clair, you are the source of all lies and wrong info. I'm sorry after 25 years you still won't stop harassing and bullying.

And if he did not have enough female attention, Cowell was also seen talking to a slender blonde in a bikini.

The Slipstream can cost between £290,708 and £581,361-a-week to hire out, but to Cowell, who is worth an estimated £200 million, that would be a drop in the ocean.

The yacht’s stateroom features mirrors above a giant waterbed, a Jacuzzi, an observation lounge with panoramic views, gym and a sky lounge with a retractable roof.

It also has a spa, sun-pads, bar with BBQ and al-fresco dining area, and Sipstream comes equipped with state-of-the-art entertainment system including video on demand as well as a satellite communications center.

Cowell, who has spent the past seven months in the States working on the X Factor USA was relaxing before the Britain's Got Talent auditions start.

He has said he is returning to the ITV talent show because he missed ‘the British public’.

This year’s winner, as well as performing at the Royal Variety Performance, would receive a prize of £500,000 – with him putting up half the money.

In contrast, last year’s winner Jai McDowall received just £100,000.

Cowell added: ‘I miss Britain, and I miss the British public, and I miss judging them.’
