My Wife Wants To Kill Me With Sex- Man Tells Judge

A 39-year-old cobbler, Daniel Olufumilayo, has accused his wife of plotting to kill him with sex in order to inherit his property. He said his wife usually demanded as many as eight rounds of sex before the break of dawn. The divorce-seeking father of two stated this in a divorce suit he filed against his wife at an Agege Customary Court, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.

He told the court that his wife is so crazy about sex to the extent that she always demanded for seven or eight rounds of it every night. He added that in his entire life, he has never met a woman like his wife when it comes to hunger for sex.“My wife can never be satisfied sexually. Her plan was to kill me with her excessive demand for sex so that she can inherit my property,” he said.



The cobbler claimed that when he could not satisfy her sexually, he had to send her packing so that she can marry another man of her choice.

He also alleged that his wife made his children hawk sachet water and sweets for her on busy roads.
Responding to the allegations levelled against her by her husband as regards her outrageous demand for sex,
Zainab said: “Afterall, he could not accuse me of infidelity. I am not a flirt. If he accused me of being a nymphomaniac, it is his headache.
“Sex in marriage is my conjugal right which I think every responsible man must preserve and protect and if I demanded for as much as I want, I have not done anything wrong.”
The petty trader said that she did not know what came over her husband, when he suddenly asked her to pack out of their matrimonial home after the naming ceremony of their last child.
According to her, “Olufumilayo ordered me to vacate our matrimonial home after I gave birth to our last child even though I did not offend him in any way.”
Zainab told the court further that she had to re-marry when, after waiting for two years, hoping that her husband would have a change of mind following efforts by her parents to resolve the matter amicably and reconcile them, failed.
The court, after listening to both parties, dissolved the union, adding that the marital relationship between the estranged couple had broken down completely.

Police Humiliates Sunny Neji, Undresses Him In Public At Gunpoint’

Popular pop highlife star and Oruka crooner Sunny Neji, is a man in pain. He is so angry at the humiliation meted out to him by men of the Nigerian Police Force that he decided to share his experience on Facebook.

I saw what you up loaded just now, what happened?
Some policemen in uniform stopped me and started searching me as if I was a criminal.



And where did this happen?
It happened around the toll gate axis on Lagos Ibadan express way by 7-UP area, between 10 and 11 of that faithful morning. The officer in-charge of the team was one Inspector Katsina…and they were driving a convoy Hilux truck

How did it happen?
I was asked to stop and I did. And they started treating me as if I was already guilty of something. The inspector kept ranting about how they’ll deal with me if they found anything incriminating in my car. They searched the whole car and made me remove my shoes and my jacket. I wondered at their effrontery and what they were looking for.
They even went as far as asking for my Special Marshal I.D card. They just kept talking as if they were sure there was something in my car.
They turned my car inside out….I did not mind the searching but all the threats they were making as if they were so sure I was guilty even before finding any evidence made me uncomfortable
I think the Police can do better than what they did to me.
Don’t you think they did that because they wanted you to part with some money?
They intentionally did what they did because they wanted to embarrass me. I’m sure my name is not very strange to them.

And after the search, were you allowed to go?
They had to leave me now abi …….since they did not find anything. I’m not a criminal, it was pure police harassment
Worried that the same situation may arise next time, Nneji told Sunday Entertainment, that he decided to visit the station (Area H in Ogudu.)where the team works and this is what he said transpired.
”I decided to visit the area command where those officers came from to report the incident…”
“My peeps!!!!! No be small tin o….na so I go station this morning go sit down face to face wit the officers wey harass me the other day. They come dey beg dey apologize. The transformation was incredible. The 2IC ask me Wetin I want make dem do to dem….I look dem finish and I come begin sorry for dem. I say make dem just caution dem…. E go better!!!”.

Sex Scandal: Governor Chime Slams N2.7 Billion Libel Suit Against Publishers Of City People Magazine

Governor Sullivan Chime of Enugu State has slammed a N2bn libel suit against Media Techniques Limited, publishers of City People magazine over a scandalous story it published last October alleging that the younger sister of his (Governor's) wife had delivered a baby for him.

The Governor in suit No E/418/2011 filed by his lawyers at the High Court Registry Enugu and dated 16/12/2011 is asking for a declaration that by printing and publication of the article at page 61 of City People of 5th October, 2011 under the heading: "About as South East 1st Lady's younger sister who delivered baby boy for the Governor", the defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for libel.

He is also seeking general damages in the sum of N1 Billion Naira and another N1 billion naira as Exemplary/Aggravated damages for libel.





In addition, the governor is also asking for an order compelling the Defendant to retract the publication and tender an apology, "which retraction and apology shall be published in City People in the same manner and given the same prominence as the publication of the libel", as well as in three national daily newspapers with wide circulation in Nigeria.


He is also demanding the sum of N7.5 million as cost of the action.
The plaintiff in his statement of claim, averred that the words used in the story were intended to refer to "and indeed referred to and were understood to refer to him".

He added that a substantial number of readers of City People who read the offensive publication remembered the content while a number of his friends, associated and family members told him that they were shocked and scandalized by the contents of the publication.

The Governor further stated that the Defendant knew or ought to have known that the publication was baseless and false and that it was recklessly and maliciously made as a deliberate and calculated act to disparage him as the Defendant, contrary to acceptable standards in the practice of journalism, did not make any attempt to either ascertain the truth of the story contained in the publication "nor did it seek to obtain the plaintiff's side of the story before rushing to publish same".

The statement further reads, "The false, malicious and libelous statements published by the Defendant have assassinated the Plaintiff's character and caused him emotional injury and trauma, which injury and trauma still persist at present in view of the non-interaction of the said defamatory statements by the defendant".

While confirming the action, a close aide of the Governor said that while he had the highest regards for the Media, the Governor was committed to ensuring that not only should any false publication aimed at unjustly bringing him to public ridicule, go unpunished, but also that the journalism profession was generally practiced within established ethics and standards.

Wicked Father Burns Daughter’s Breasts And Private Part For Making Phone Call To Boyfriend

The SUN reported about a man, John (surname witheld), in a community in Abia State, who has been banished for life for allegedly using hot iron on the breast and private part of his 16-year-old daughter after she was caught answering phone call from her boy friend.

The same hot iron, suspected to be a kitchen knife was also used to shave the hair of the victim, who was locked up by the father in his compound.



It was from the cell that she was said to have contacted one of her close friends, who took picture of her nude position and alerted members of the community, a source told Daily Sun in Umuahia.
The victim,(name withheld) had her breasts and private part allegedly burnt by her father, who suspected she was having an affair with a boy.
For that reason, the people of Umuyota in Umawa Alocha Autonomous Community, Umuahia North Local Government Area, passed a sentence of banishment on him , burnt down his house and drove him awayfrom the community.

But the suspect denied all the allegations, stating that what happened to him "is the handiwork of my enemies."
The community alleged through their traditional ruler, Eze Nnadimele Nwakanma that the suspect had been a torn in the flesh of the community and refused to obey the norms of the society.
At the Umuawa market square, where the judgment was passed, the youths agreed in unison, that he should no longer be seen in the community.

They called on the state government to help them drive away the suspect, whom they described as a pain in their neck.
Nwakanma described the incident as evil against womanhood .
He said angry women and youths took to the streets and burnt down the man's house and his car after which he was  banished from the community.
The suspect, who spoke to Daily Sun denied the allegations and said the person in the picture being circulated was not his daughter.

According to him, "in this era of computer manipulation, any body can come up with any picture , particularly when  they want to run the image of another man down."
He said his people had rendered him homeless, obstructed  the education of  his children and made life unbearable for an offence he did not commit:
"We  now sleep any where we find ourselves at night.  I did not do anything against them , only God will fight my battle.

"The source of the picture is what the Police are trying to investigate. It was a fabricated picture. It was the picture that incited people to such an inhuman action against me and my family and they burnt my house and property."

Am hearing gist, that the Federal Government of Nigeria has passed a new law in the country making it a criminal offense to "diss (yarb) the first lady of the federation, Patience Jonathan.


This report is as a result of the disrespectful reactions from Nigerians in response to the "Vocabulary Missiles" unleashed from the First lady.

The Law which was called "Patience Law" says any one who says anything bad about the first lady's grammar would face five years imprisonment.

The info went further to say a spokesman for the lawmakers said: "Some people just have no respect for their elders. They keep attacking this poor woman in an attempt to stain the character of her husband, our dear president. But all that will end now. With this new law we have passed today, anyone who dares to insult the first-lady will face a five year jail term."

Armed robbers invade Maternity Ward Of A hospital in Benin

IT was a harrowing experience for newly delivered and would be mothers at the labour and maternity Ward of the Edo State owned Central Hospital Benin when suspected robbers were allegedly said to have invaded the hospital at the early hours of today…It was gathered that the maternity ward had been previously attacked by suspected ritualists….Hmmmm this case get K-leg o, na only this hospital dey for Benin??? It was gathered that the hoodlums were said to have found their way into the Maternity Ward through the window and forced the women in the room to scamper for safety with their new born babies.
One of the nurses at the maternity ward who spoke on condition of anonymity to newsmen said the attack took place at about 1am.

She however added that the attackers did not succeed in taking away any new babies as the babies were taken to safety before the attackers finally came into the ward.

A husband to one of the victims who identified himself as Bernard Isokponpa said his wife lost two GSM handsets and some money to the attackers, even as he said that he could not confirm whether they were ritualists or robbers as his wife ran out with their new baby boy.

“Why would there be no security at the hospital. What if they had taken my baby? My wife called me at about 1:30am that armed robbers broke into the labour room. She said she ran upstairs with the baby,” he said.

Secretary of the hospital, Mr. Isaac Asien confirmed the attack but said they were pick-pockets and not ritualists or armed robbers.

He said various wards at the hospital had been robbed severally before and added that the hospital management had employed the services of a private security firm to boost security at the hospital.
Mr. Asien who denied reports that corpses were stolen or missing at the hospital mortuary, said one suspect has been arrested.

LASU Student Dies In Lover’s Home After Marathon Sex

A final year student of the Lagos State University, Ojo, Chinyere Ezeala, 27 was found dead in her lover’s room at Ejigbo, Lagos, southwest Nigeria after a marathon sex. The police at Ejigbo alleged that the 400-Level student was found dead on Friday on her lover’s bed at 36, Fayemi Street, Ejigbo, Lagos. She was found wearing a wrapper. Her boyfriend, Ifeanyi Sunday, who works at the Apapa wharf allegedly reported her death to the police the following morning and was arrested.

The family of the deceased are, however, insisting that Ifeanyi must marry the deceased according to Igbo tradition and perform the necessary rites. They claimed that she died while he was having sex with her. “He should marry her now that she is dead as tradition demands,” a man who identified himself as an uncle to the deceased told the police.

Police sources at the station confirmed that the corpse had been taken to the Isolo General Hospital for autopsy.

“We cannot for now ascertain the cause of death. Until the autopsy report is out, nobody can say categorically what killed her. We have just arrested her boyfriend and investigation is going on. We cannot rely on what people are saying about the cause of death. It is only the autopsy report that can disclose the cause of death,” the investigating police officer told P.M.NEWS when asked to comment on the insinuations that she died during a marathon sex with her boyfriend.

P.M.NEWS gathered at the residence of the suspect that the late Chinyere was a regular visitor to Ifeanyi’s home every weekend to spend days before leaving for school.

On the day of the incident, a neighbour who identified herself as Rose told P.M.NEWS that the late Chinyere visited and slept with Ifeanyi and was found dead the next day. “Ifeanyi went to the police station and reported what happened. He was arrested and brought to the house. The body was later taken to the hospital by the policemen,” she explained. When P M NEWS visited Ejigbo Police Station, the divisional police officer, DPO, CSP Benjamin Olanrewaju Adeola was not around to comment on the incident but sources at the station confirmed it.

Two men of God were over the weekend allegedly lured to patronise harlots at a popular brothel at Cable Point, Asaba, the Delta State capital, when they went there to preach to cash and carry ladies.

It was learnt that the pastors from a very popular church along Ibusa Road in the state had visited the area to convert and win over the sex workers to their church, but they were themselves seduced by the prostitutes who had sex with them and later burnt their Bibles and clothes. ….Hahahahah I don die ooo, many are called but few are chosen…smh pastors my foot.

Peeping Tom’ Sent To Prison; For Watching Couple Having Sex

A man who hid in a couple’s bedroom at Idimu, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria watching them having sex in the night has confessed that he was not a thief neither did he attempted to harm the couple but only watching them to derive sexual satisfaction

An attempt by the accused to escape was foiled by the man who grabbed him and called neighbours to assist him arrest the intruder. Vicky, it was learnt, sustained injury during the melee.

He was arrested and handed over to the police at Idimu Station who arraigned him before the Ejigbo Magistrates’ Court, Lagos on a two-count charge of unlawful entry and attempted murder.

The police charge sheet revealed that the incident happened at 8.30 p.m. Friday, 9 December, at 40, Ejigbo Road, Idimu, Lagos residence of the couple.

The charge did not reveal how the accused got into the room but disclosed that he was caught by the owner of the house who raised an alarm which attracted neighbours.

The complainant told the police that he caught him under the bed while sleeping with his wife.
Witnesses who assisted the couple to arrest the accused told the police that they believed what the complainant told them that the accused was watching him and his wife making love.

In his statement, Mr. Chigozi told the police that he was injured in the face when he grabbed the accused to prevent him from escaping.

At the station, the accused denied that he was a thief and pleaded for leniency. He allegedly confessed that he was only watching the couple and did not attempt to harm them.

He was later charged before Mrs. M. B. Folami of the Ejigbo Magistrates’ Court for offences contrary to Section 320 of the Criminal Code, Cap.17, Vol. 2, Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2003. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was granted bail in the sum of N100, 000 with two sureties in like sum. When he could not fulfil the bail conditions, he was ordered to be remanded in prison custody at the Kirikiri Maximum Security Prisons, Apapa, Lagos.

The matter has been adjourned till 18 January, 2012

From what we gathered, the negative reactions and comments against Flora was so much that she decided to hit back at the said lawmaker.

Yemojanews.com investigations revealed that Flora wrote a petition to the office of the Inspector General of Police few weeks ago against the lawmaker and the policemen that arrested her in the hotel room. She alleged that they invaded her privacy. Subsequently, the Inspector General of Police transferred the case to the AIG’s office.

At the AIG’s office, we learnt that, Flora, her mother, the lawmaker, her customer and the policemen who arrested her were asked to make fresh statement.

Our source informed us that Flora’s companion, who allegedly paid her the USD4, 000 reportedly made a confessional statement that he actually paid her for sex

We also scooped that the policemen that apprehended Flora stated she was caught and arrested naked at the hotel while the USD4,000 she charged for the sex session was also presented as evidence.
But while defending the allegation that her daughter was sleeping around with men in London which led to why she failed woefully in her courses in the London University, the lawmaker sponsored her to, Flora’s mum disclosed to the police that Flora was in London all alone and had to satisfy her sexual urge.

Some observers could not believe their ears when the woman made the statement and wondered why a lady sent to study in London would make sex her priority.
Flora’s mum’s statement also confirmed the reports that the lawmaker broke up with her last July because of her indiscriminate sex.

It would be recalled that the lawmaker reportedly spent about N25M to get Flora admission to study law in a London University. But in London, she abandoned her studies and began to engage in prostitution. At the end, she failed all her courses and came back to Nigeria.
Her sex exploit and wayward life in London got to the lawmaker who eventually kicked her out of the house.

Flora’s ‘runs’ in Abuja got her into her current mess when she was arrested by the police.
But Flora mum’s defense has confirmed without doubt that she has hot pants and couldn’t hold her body.

Meanwhile, a Police source that yemojanews.com spoke with defended the actions of the Police when we asked if it was appropriate for the Police to make arrest inside a hotel room.
‘It is not a matter of where the act was committed. The issue is that money was paid for sex. If a woman gives her body to a man for money, the woman is a prostitute and the law must be allowed to take its full course. And wherever the location, either in Zone 4, Area 2 or Protea Hotel, prostitution has no other name and it is illegal,’ the Police source concluded.

These are definitely not the best of times for Nollywood star actress, Uche Jombo as we gathered that her longtime boyfriend, Nigerian born International football player, Uche Ikechukwu has dumped her.

Ikechukwu has maintained a shy attitude about their relationship ever since they started dating. Months back, the news about their wedding preparations was all over town. Sources said Uche Ikechukwu proposed with a diamond engagement ring that Uche Jombo was showing off at every slightest opportunity…

But with the latest development, it seems the love these two people once shared has gone sour. We gathered that the sultry actress no longer wears the diamond engagement ring.

Close sources claimed the break-up was amicable. Ikechukwu’s friend who spoke on condition of anonymity said, you don't need a soothsayer to tell you their relationship wasn't going anywhere. Ikechukwu had no intention of getting caught up in something serious. Although at some point, he seemed really madly in love with Jombo, he added.

Insiders are alleging that Uche and Ikechukwu are no longer together. According to them, the couple who have been a pair for many years in an on/off relationship, which they have refused to publicly acknowledge, have broken up due to irreconcilable differences.
The break up is hush hush and has been swept under the carpet so that even their close friends are not aware of it. The insiders allege 'Stella, you did a story that both of them got engaged, and you described an engagement ring which she has been parading, abi? Please check all her recent pics and notice that ring is evidently missing. Ikechukwu and his brother Kalu were spotted recently in Abuja with babes swarming their vicinity.

Anyways I hear she has stepped up big time. Feelers emanating from her end have it that she just moved into a new abode in highbrow Lekki Peninsular,Lagos.
A source who is very close to the mathematician turned movie maker confirmed this when contacted,adding that the Abia born role interpreter shelled out about N10 million before she could commence occupation of the new house.

WASHINGTON– The White House announced that Michelle Obama is pregnant with the couple’sthird child. 

“MichelleObama is pregnant,” White House sources said. White House Press Secretary, JayCarney, told WWN he would not confirm or deny the rumor. But WWN has confirmedthat Michelle Obama is about two months into her pregnancy and the Presidentand First Lady expect to have the baby sometime in late May, 2012.

Therewas a great deal of mystery about the whereabouts of the President and FirstLady this summer. There were many rumors about where they might be (Martha’sVineyard, Chicago, Kenya)- but now we know. The happy couple was spendingquality time together in the White House, making a new baby.

Thelast time a baby was born in the White House was Patrick Bouvier Kennedy. Hewas born on August 7, 1963 and only lived two days. Patrick was the youngestchild of President John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedyand brother to Caroline Kennedy and John F. Kennedy Jr.

ThePresident and First Lady are “ecstatic” about the news of a new baby. MichelleObama, 48, and Barack Obama, 50, waited almost seven years before havingchildren. Their first daughter, Malia Ann Obama was born on July 4, 1999 andNatasha (often called “Sasha”)was born two years later on June 10, 2001.

 Itis too early to determine if the baby is a boy or a girl, but William Daley,the President’s Chief of Staff, reportedly said that the President is hopingthey have a boy. “I’d love to see BarackJr. in the White House some day,” he reportedly said. 

PresidentObama is hoping the baby will spend it’s first four years of life in the WhiteHouse. He has also created a Baby Czar to handle the preparations for the BabyShower and Baby Party.
