It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas: Tara Palmer Tomkinson was full of festive cheer at the launch of Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland attractionShe's had a tough time of it this year with her drug ravaged nose having to be reconstructed several months ago.
But Tara Palmer Tomkinson looked the picture of happiness as she ushered in the festive season with plenty of cheer at the launch of Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland in London tonight.
The 39-year-old beamed as she posed for pictures on her way into the mini theme park that takes over part of Hyde Park every winter.
In the red: the 39-year-old was bright and breezy at the event Wearing a red winter coat tied in at the waist with a belt and a huge fur collar, a black furry Russian-style hat, black gloves and black heels Tara epitomised winter chic.
She appeared happy and content, a far cry from how she was at the beginning of the year when he nose, damaged through years of excessive cocaine abuse, collapsed.
Tara had surgery back in June to reconstruct her nose and hasn't looked back.

Always game for a laugh they all pulled frightened expressions as they waited to go on the ride.

Far from Blue: Former Blue Peter presenter Katy Hill with husband Trey Farley and their children Kaya Sky and Akira SevenShe tweeted her excitement later, and mentioned that Caspar had made an unusual request to Father Christmas after visiting the Grotto.
Jenny wrote: 'Just had a lovely time at WinterWonderland with @activedive, @JeffroBrazier & the boys!!! So excited for Xmas now!!'
And later added: 'Although Caspar told Father Christmas that he wanted "Turtles & other such fellows from the ocean" Not sure how I'm going to wing this one!x'
Vanessa Feltz and Lizze Cundy also made up the numbers at the event.
The former chat show host was her usual colourful self, she wore a long cream coloured coat with fur trimming, sparkly boots and a bobbly winter hat.
She pulled a few comedy expressions as she had her picture taken.
